Cancun Resort Update: 2017 Annual Meeting

Club Caribe members are invited to accompany us for the Club Caribe Annual Meeting at Villa del Palmar Cancun this spring. Amidst a veil of mystery and enchantment, members will receive informative updates, presentations, and have an opportunity to socialize with old friends and new. There will be glitz and glamour as we unmask the fun and celebrate your membership.

All events will be held at Villa del Palmar Cancun on May 3 and 4, 2017.

TUESDAY, MAY 2

7:00 pm – 11:00 pm         “The Music of the Night”

Dinner Show and Masquerade–“Choose a mask and wear it well, so your true identity no one can tell.” Our finale “Phantom of the Opera”– inspired show will be a musical performance of intrigue and allure. Come enjoy the music of the night – and then dance the night away. Masks will be provided, but feel welcome to bring your own or wear costumes to fully enjoy our fantasy masquerade experience.

 

Please note the following:

  • The Annual Meeting is free to all members, but advanced registration is required. In order to attend the complimentary dinners and theme events, members must register on-line. Email confirmation will be sent for your registration; please print this out for your records.
  • Each membership is limited to 2 (two) person(s) complimentary for your first membership account only, regardless of how many points you own. Our priority is to allow members, and not guests of members, the opportunity to register for the meeting.
  • In addition to your complimentary registration, you may register 2 (two) guests maximum for a fee of $140 per person. The $140 guest fee covers the food and beverage and other expenses for the guests. Members will be contacted directly for guest payments as we get closer to the meeting. Children are considered guests and will be charged $75 to attend the meeting.
