• Meet and mingle with the Celebrity Chefs at the Welcome Cocktail Party by the pool at 6:00 pm.

  

Thursday, May 24

• Pre-Hispanic Dialect Lessons by the pool at 11:00 am
  • Learn the basics of some of the Pre-Hispanic dialects such as ordering water, food, and services in this class.
• Chopped Challenge by the pool at 1:00 pm
  • Participate in a cooking contest hosted by our special guest Chef International.
• Mexican Ethnic Dance Class by the pool at 3:00 pm
  • Learn the most representative dances of Mexico in this fun class taught by our Activities manager, former member of the National Folklore Valet group in Mexico.
• Clay Sculpting Class by the pool at 4:00 pm*
  • Make sculptures out of clay so you have a beautiful memory of your Mexico vacation. 
• Pre-Hispanic Dinner Theme Night by the pool at 7:00 pm *
  • Enjoy a buffet dinner with Pre-Hispanic dishes and a dinner show to celebrate your evening.

Friday, May 25

• Mexican Ethnic Dance Class by the pool at 11:00 am
  • Learn the most representative dances of Mexico in this fun class taught by our Activities manager, former member of the National Folklore Valet group in Mexico.
• Chopped Challenge by the pool at 1:00 pm
  • Participate in a cooking contest hosted by our special guest Chef International.
• Brewing Mexican Ancestral Drink Class at El Patron at 3:00 pm*
  • Learn how to make fermented drinks like the Tuba, Tejuino, Torito, and Tepache so you can drink like our Pre-Hispanic ancestors.
• Embroidery Class by the pool at 4:00 pm
  • Make your own Mexican blouse for the perfect handmade souvenir or gift.
• Special Magic Towns Dinner Pairing at 7:00 pm*
  • Feast on the most popular Mexican foods in this delectable dinner pairing prepared by our special guest chefs at El Patron Restaurant.

Saturday, May 26

  • Capture the beauty that surrounds you with your paint brush so you can take home your favorite vacation memory on a canvas.
• Clay sculpting class by the pool at 4:00 pm*
  • Make sculptures out of clay so you have a beautiful memory of your Mexico vacation.
• World Heritage Huichol Dinner at 7:00 pm. Location to be announced as we get closer to the event.
  • Enjoy a National Mexican Heritage Culture Dinner with a buffet-style dinner featuring authentic Huichol dishes. This dinner will delight your palate while teaching your key facts about the Huichol culture.

Sunday, May 27

• Brunch at The Market at 9:00 am*
  • Enjoy a Pre-Hispanic brunch that is sure to give your palate a delightful overview of favorite Pre-Hispanic breakfast cuisines.
