Member Experience: New Member Activities
In June, we announced the addition of Club Specialists at each Villa Group Resort. Please be advised that these Club Specialists are your go-to contact for any questions or concerns that you may have while onsite at our resorts. Their focus is to make sure that you are satisfied with your vacation experience and to serve as a main point of contact for all members.
In addition to these new roles, we are pleased to announce that we have launched exclusive member- only activities at each of the Villa Group Resorts this year. For a current program of these activities by resort, please visit the corresponding links below. These activities were created with you in mind and will continue to evolve so we can best provide you with an extraordinary vacation experience.

Onsite Virtual Photo Scavenger Hunt
In the Resort Member Activity Brochure links above, there is a QR Code that you can scan with your phone that will take you to an online scavenger hunt activity. Each resort has their own unique scavenger hunt that will guide you around your vacation home to give you a true taste of our resorts. The scavenger hunt is a self-guided activity that can be completed at your leisure during your stay with us. As you complete this activity, you will be asked to take photos at key spots, with favorite dishes, and/or must-see sights at the resort. All of this enters you into a quarterly drawing for a chance to win a free week!
