Just like you, we continue to closely monitor daily developments regarding the coronavirus. Since the start of this pandemic, the Club has remained engaged with you, our members. Our servicing company, ResortCom International, has handled thousands of member inquires and continue to book new reservations for those members who are planning to travel when it is safe to do so. We are always here, for anything you need.
One of the most rewarding things about our Club is just how engaged our members are. These past few weeks, members have shared great images of their past vacations to our various destinations including our Award Winning TPC Golf Course at the Islands of Loreto, beachfront dinners at our resorts in Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta, member cocktail parties in Cancun, and so many other memories. One thing we are sure of – our members can’t wait to come back. One member was so eager to visit Mexico, they made a beach in the middle of their living room complete with coolers, cocktails and cervezas.
I am right there with each of you, who can’t wait for this to pass so we can have you all with us at our resorts again. While you have been away, each of the resorts has been detailing them to perfect condition awaiting your return. Painting, deep cleaning, trainings, preventative maintenance and the enhanced processes we’re implementing to keep everyone safe in our “new normal” as soon as we resume business operations.
