Travelers will now receive an instant email notification once you initiate a case. This will allow you to track your case’s details and ensure you have all the information you need at a moment’s notice.

Live Chat: As part of the On Call email case notification process, On Call will now include a link to their live chat platform. This gives travelers the option to interact with them whichever way they choose; whether it be their phone, computer, tablet, or mobile device, On Call is available!
