Puerto Vallarta Resort Update: The Perfect Room Program

Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta and Villa del Palmar Flamingos are committed to ensuring that you have the most relaxing vacation possible. In order to ensure that you are fully satisfied from the moment you step foot on property, Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta and Villa del Palmar Flamingos have implemented “The Perfect Room Program” to ensure that your needs are fully addressed prior to arrival.

From now until the end of this year, the staff is dedicating time to perform regular maintenance to our member’s rooms ensure that you feel at home while on vacation with us. The rooms are inspected to make sure that they are in top condition. The steps taken to make sure that each suite meets these “perfect room standards” include:

  1. Auditing of suites to make sure all room standards are met.
  2. Preparing or replacing any necessary equipment, appliances and room amenities
  3. The transformation process addresses any needs, improvements, or replacements the room requires.
  4. Result-delivery of a perfect suite

Many departments, including the resort’s senior management, maintenance crew, housekeeping, and Premium Services, are involved in the Perfect Room process to make sure that all members and guests receive the best room possible.

To be deemed a “perfect room” all furnishings, surfaces, and articles must be free of dust, stains, chips or defects. The room is void of any functionality issues that may affect the efficiency and quality of your vacation. The Perfect Room Program makes sure that the needs of every member and guest are anticipated before arrival, allowing you to have the most relaxing vacation possible.

  • We just came back from a week vacation and we stayed in Villa Del Palmar in town and Iam was very unhappy with the the two bedroom. I don’t like sharing bathroom when you have guest with you. Also I feel very strong that when you make reservation people you be able to indicated what room people wish to get. Thank you. Iam spoil with Flamingo Resort!!!!!

      Thank you for taking the time to read and comment on our blog. I have forwarded your feedback to the resort and we will keep this in mind for future planning. When making room reservations, we do not support making room request for a specific room or floors with the Member Services agent when you book your reservation due to the fact that the rooms are assigned prior to arrival so that all of our members receive the best available rooms. When you arrive at the resort for your vacation, you can ask to be placed in a specific area of the resort, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate you based on availability.   • We just completed a 12-day stay at Flamigoes. It was a great experience; especially the service from Oscar in the bar to Consuelo, our maid. My only negative comment is that the dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen floor when we arrived. Maintenance fixed it. By the time we left, it was leaking again. Hope this helps you in your quest for the “Perfect Room.”

  • will be arriving to VDP centro location on Nov 12. We have been visiting this location and Flamingoes few times before. I really like Flamongoes since it is very quiet and peaceful. My husband loves central location for easy accses to local stores and shopping.
    As for the the perfect room program I thought that was suppose to be availaible any time, not just until the end of this year. What kind of service will the guests recive after the end of the program?

      The Perfect Room Program is designed to make sure that all of the resort rooms are in the best shape possible so that you can enjoy your vacations to the fullest. Upon completion of this program all rooms will have been inspected and will met the criteria to be deemed as a “perfect room.”

  • We have a Villa Preferred Access timeshare which we have used at Cabo and Nuevo Vallarta for two bedroom suites both times. Each of these suites have 2 bedrooms and 3 washrooms. We are going to the Puerto Vallarta (downtown) on Feb. 20-27/17. Is it true there is only 1 washroom for the 2 bedroom oceanfront suite. Don’t you think it should be noted somewhere in the information for that suite? We were also told the VPA timeshares were allowed easy upgrades when arriving. We have never had one. We are not impressed with what we were told and what we actually get for the money we paid. Waiting for your comments.
