  2. This newsletter is informative, thanks. My husband and I have been Villa Palmar members since 2000. We have vacationed at Flamingos since it opened and were always satisfied, until 2014. We debated about returning to this resort for the following reason – babies in diapers are allowed to be in the only swimming pool everyone uses!!! That is not acceptable! Doesn’t matter that the babies are in diapers, diapers leak…urine and/or feces into the pool water! That’s so unhealthy for us guests and shouldn’t be allowed. How can this practice be disallowed?

    1. Hi Wayne and Nancy,

Thank you for reading and commenting on our blog.

We value you as our members and appreciate you writing us with your concerns. We are sorry to hear of your experiences with the pool. Please be advised that we are speaking with the resort about your concerns now and will get back to you with an update as soon as possible.

      Best Regards,

      Brittany

    Tkank you for your time;
    Vera.

  4. Hi, is there a mini market at the resort? And is there a larger supermarket nearby? Or on the way from the airport? Thanks, Brett

    1. Hi Brett,

Yes, there is a Palmita Market at the resort, which has groceries, toiletries, and souvenirs.

There is a shopping center about 7 minutes (2.3 km) away from the resort that has a Walmart and a Sam’s Club.

      Happy vacationing!

      Brittany

  8. Hi Wayne and Nancy,

Thank you for your patience as we looked into your inquiry.

I have spoken with the resort regarding your concerns. Babies are required to wear special diapers in order to enter the pool(s). As a result of you sharing your feedback with us, the resort will work on enforcing this policy and put it in writing so that all members and guests follow this.

We appreciate you taking the time to write us with your concerns. It’s this feedback from our valuable members that helps us to improve our service and make sure that you are enjoying your membership as much as possible. We will make the above changes and look forward to welcoming you back to Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta so you can see these improvements in your vacation experience.

    Best Regards,

  9. Roberto and Dinorah will be there from July 29th,to August 05 to celebrate their wedding (21) anniversary. Please take good care of them.

    1. Thank you for your message, Rafael! We look forward to welcoming Roberto and Dinorah to celebrate their wedding anniversary and look forward to making this a memorable celebration for them!

  10. Do you offer an all inclusive option for guests. What are the costs ? Is it different for members vs non- members?

  11. Regarding the restriction on the number of devices per room that can connect to the wifi, is that concurrent devices connected or total? My wife and I can easily travel with and use 5 devices so the limit of 3 and then needing to pay $20 per day is very disappointing. If the limit is concurrent we can easily shutdown devices as we are probably only using 2 or 3 at a time.

    1. Hi Dave,

Thank you for reading our blog and submitting your inquiry.

The number of devices are the total number of devices registered per room. Each device must be registered to receive internet access at the resorts. Hope this helps!

      Best Regards,

      Brittany

  12. Hi Brittany, we are arriving at the P.V. resort on Nov. 12. We are members, Villa Del Arco, but are using our points from another time share for this vacation. Will we be required to pay for WIFI.

    1. Hi Garry,

Thank you for reading our blog and submitting your inquiry.

To receive complimentary Wi-Fi during your vacations the reservation needs to be made with your membership so during your upcoming vacation you will need to pay for internet service.

Wishing you a wonderful, upcoming vacation!

      Best Regards,

      Brittany

  13. Hi Brittany,
We are members at Villa Del Palmar Flamingos. We are visiting the resort in 2 days time. We booked a great deal online all inclusive (not using our week). Want to know as a member of Flamingos if we have to pay for Wifi? As members, I assume we shouldn’t have to pay for Wifi while we are there? Am I correct? Any assistance in this matter would greatly appreciated!

    1. Hi Rachael,

Thank you for contacting us in regards to your upcoming vacation at Villa del Palmar Flamingos.

Unfortunately, to receive the complimentary Wi-Fi during your vacation you need to use your member time and book your vacation with your membership.

Wishing you a wonderful, upcoming vacation!

      Best Regards,
      Brittany
