That’s why we’ve partnered with Chubb—a leading international insurance provider—with complimentary coverage to help you navigate the “what ifs” of travel.  

Your Chubb package has two distinct components: 1) insurance benefits that are meant to help reimburse covered medical expenses that are incurred while traveling, and 2) expert assistance services in three primary areas: medical, travel, and personal, to provide guidance on how to navigate emergencies and where to find the best possible care. 

Note: Premier members must elect coverage during the annual enrollment period in order to be eligible for Chubb insurance benefits and travel assistance services.

Below, Chubb highlights the value of the second component, assistance services, the types of situations in which they apply, and how you can access Chubb’s team of experts if needed. Please note that most members have access to these assistance services—whether you have the Basics plan (included as part of your annual maintenance fee) or have upgraded to Chubb’s Essentials plan.

      The car insurance would be separate and could be purchased additionally with the car rental or you may have the option with your current auto insurance policy holder (but need to ask them to confirm).

  • We don’t believe we have ever received the insurance card. We have receipts of paying for the insurance on top of our maintenance fee.
