What We’ve Done While You Were Away

First and foremost, we want to thank each of the members and guests that have continued returning to our resorts over these past few months. We have been blown away by the countless positive testimonials we’ve received about enjoying the new resort experience, the excellent service from our staff, and the effectiveness of the safety and sanitization measures we have put in place across all Villa Group properties. Thank you for your kind words and positivity!

Over the course of this year, our dedicated resort staff has continued to work tirelessly to ensure that their service and the properties would be better than ever before. As a team, we are striving to ensure that all guests are safe and that our properties are in pristine condition and ready for you to enjoy. Below we share a few of the ways our resort staff has been training, maintaining the upkeep of the properties, performing preventative maintenance, making renovations, and implementing enhanced cleaning, sanitization, and social distancing protocols at each of our properties in preparation for your return! 

2020 Resort Updates 

Each of our resorts completed renovations, added in easily accessible sanitization stations across their properties, along with safe distancing signage necessary to safeguard the health and safety of all guests and staff. Additionally, they have undergone and passed hours of extensive safety, sanitization, and prevention training. We are proud to announce that upon completing this training each Villa Group resort destination has now been acknowledged as a Safe Travels Destination by the World Travel and Tourism Council. 

Our Villa Group resorts are Certified Safe Travel Destinations.

Our team members remain committed to providing an elite standard of service with the most innovative onsite experiences. In accordance with this, our staff is frequently trained and expected to adhere to the highest level of professionalism, ethics, safety, and hospitality measures at all times. Our efforts and proven commitment to exceeding those standards make us a leader in our field. 

The Villa Group works with an independent consultant and industry leader Preverisk to create and implement the most cutting-edge health and safety management food and beverage programs, and consistently exceed the threshold ratings designated by the Ministry of Health through the Mexico Federal Commission. All food and beverages are obtained from only the top providers, those of which also hold high ratings in their practices and policies as it relates to their sourcing and distribution practices.       Thank you for reading our blog and submitting your questions. The new pool and jacuzzi heaters were installed last year (2020). The elevator situation has also been fixed.
