Embark on a Local Culinary Adventure in Cabo this April with the Bounty of the Baja adventure!

This adventure includes the following:

-Farm and Food! Guided tour of morning responsibilities at a working organic farm in Miraflores. Completed with a genuine Mexican Breakfast served al fresco in the shade of mesquite trees. Departs the resort Tuesday at 7 am and returns at noon. Transportation provided with English speaking guide.

Cook and Enjoy Local Specialties with native chefs Remby Rubio and Jorge Salas! Prepare tortillas, Loreto-style clams, tostadas, quesadillas, fish machacas, and chorizo and bean patty (sopes) recipes while tasting delicious aged tequila. Wednesdays – class at 12:30 pm, lunch at 2:00 pm. Bottled water provided.

-Customs and Cuisine! Learn about Baja California Sur culinary traditions followed by a gala dinner of amazing local seafood and meat dishes paired with Baja California wines. Menu changes every other week; see below for details. Thursday evenings at 6 pm throughout the month of April at Neptune of El Patron Restaurant.
