Annual Member Social 2023

We are excited to announce a new format for the annual Member events traditionally held at the Villa del Palmar Flamingos each fall. We have restructured the schedule to appeal to each member’s interests and priorities: all Eagle’s Wings-related events have been scheduled for one day, and all general member-related events for the next day.
There are two separate registration links below. Members who wish to support the substantial and compelling efforts of Eagle’s Wings Foundation within the community will register separately for these events.

EAGLE’S WINGS FOUNDATION DAY – Wednesday, November 8, 2023

Eagle’s Wings is helping thousands of needy children, men, and women through your generous donations! Register today to show your support of their effort in our resort communities.
  1. REGISTRATION - Your $100 fee grants you access to the Bus Tour (first 40 ppl), the Grant Ceremony and Luncheon, and the Fundraiser Auction and Dinner Party.
  2. BUS TOUR – Each year Eagle’s Wings Foundation hosts a bus tour to local organizations so members can see their donation dollars in action. This year’s locations are being finalized and will be updated here when confirmed. The bus tour will be included for the first interested 40 ppl to register for EWF Day. (A second bus will be added if demand warrants.)
  3. GRANT CEREMONY AND LUNCHEON – Join us for a beautiful buffet luncheon and presentation that celebrates the phenomenal work our granted organizations are doing. The presentation will include photos and information documenting the projects your donations directly contributed to last year. The EWF Board will also present checks for newly granted funds. Representatives of the organizations will be invited, along with local Vallarta press and civic leaders, for what promises to be an important and memorable event. Printed programs and recipient lists will be included as keepsakes. Photographer will be available after the event.
  4. DINNER PARTY- AUCTION - Since this is now a paid event, the entire dinner party will be elevated to offer a more exclusive and sophisticated experience with entertainment and an elegant plated dinner. Cocktail/fancy dress is encouraged. Details on specific auction items will be sent in advance and updated online prior to the meeting. Printed menu cards and prize listings will be included as keepsakes. This year’s recipient is being finalized and will be updated here when confirmed.
  5. DONOR RECOGNITION – We understand this new format is a change, and sincerely appreciate every ticket purchase of $100. Giving back to the local communities has been a priority for the resort developers and members for many years and we appreciate your generosity and support. EWF Day will have a special “keepsake” bracelet for admittance to the grant ceremony/lunch and the EWF auction/dinner. This will be a separate bracelet than the one for Member Day. Additionally, we will have “Donor” ribbons to attach to your name badge, a recognition board in the lobby, and your names will be listed on the Power Point presentation and on the Donor Page at the Eagle’s Wings website that is being developed.
  6. RAFFLES – Eagle’s Wings Day ticket price of $100 include lunch and dinner, and 20 raffle tickets. You do not need to be present at the auction event to win. Additional raffle tickets, the special raffle for a week at La Estancia, and individual bids on auction items will all be paid separately by members/patrons.
  7. ONSITE REGISTRATION – for individuals not registered for Eagle’s Wings Day in advance, participation will be welcomed, space permitting, to members, hotel guests, staff and Vallarta locals who want to support EWF. All EWF auction participants will be asked to complete a credit card authorization form (if not done in advance) to secure a paddle. Parking and day passes for non-guests attending Eagle’s Wings Day will be available on request.

MEMBER SOCIAL/MEMBER DAY – Thursday, November 9, 2023

MEMBER DAY REGISTRATION – Registration for the Member social events will be COMPLIMENTARY on a first-come, first-served for the first 200 people with confirmed room reservations.
  1. On the registration form there will be a space to enter your room confirmation. If you already have one, please enter it and submit the form. Once you submit your registration form online, you will receive a confirmation email.
  2. If you do not yet have a room confirmation number and submit your form without one, your registration for the Member Social will not be verified, even if you receive a confirmation email. It will be considered tentative until the Club confirms that the member has a confirmed room reservation. Please alert the Club at with your room reservation number as soon as possible. If another member registers after you and includes their room reservation number, they will have priority and will be confirmed before you. The first-come, first-served process only applies to members with confirmed room reservations.
  3. Book your room reservation by contacting the ResortCom call center at 800-852-4755.
  4. Each Member Social registration is limited to 2 (two) persons complimentary for your first membership account only, regardless of how many points/weeks you own.
  5. After the first 200 slots are filled, all subsequent registrations received will be placed on a waiting list with priority consideration for new members and/or members that have been on the waiting list in recent years. Guests of members will not be added to the waitlist as it is highly unlikely we will be able to accommodate them.
The Board has approved this registration policy in an effort to include and expose as many members as possible to the event.
