We gratefully acknowledge that we owe our success in the industry to the involvement and support of our members. Happy members are our best assets – they help us run our business smoothly by paying their dues in a timely manner and by referring us to friends and family. The Member Social gives us the opportunity to solidify our commitment to our members, and reach out to you in a unique way to say, “Thank you for being part of the Villa Group Vacation Club family!”

Fun and Informative!

  • Communication is vital, and we hold several updates throughout the two-day event, including presentations by resort and management personnel, who cover relevant topics such as the state of the industry, inventory, reserves, quality assurance, travel programs, reservations, member programs and services, and more. A general Questions and Answer session follows the main meeting. Further, members are invited to one-on-one roundtables where they can discuss specific questions about their membership, resort experiences, exchange, and other issues.
  • In addition to the business aspects of the event, we make it fun for members as well, by offering special events like an Icebreaker cocktail party with interactive games, a Gala Auction dinner party to support our charity, Eagle’s Wings Foundation, and a “Membership 101” class that provides an informative outline of member benefits in an interactive forum. Each year we select a special theme, reinforced by logos, meeting materials, gifts, menus, signage, badges, audiovisual, and entertainment. Past themes have included “1,001 Arabian Nights, The Greatest Club on Earth, Dia de Los Muertos, Knights of the Round Table” and many more. The grand finale each year is a distinctive show performed by the resort Activities teams, featuring décor, props, music, dance numbers and skits that coordinate with the theme.
